Elliott is a University of Florida graduate with a BS in Business, and is also a licensed CPA in Florida. He began his real estate career to assist clients managing significant property holdings. His background includes senior leadership with a wetland conservation organization, focusing on fundraising and land stewardship. He discovered the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau in the 1970s while visiting a client and playing golf at Wildcat Cliffs Country Club, and eventually became a member himself. A summer resident since 2002, he’s committed to using his decades of client-focused experience to help others find the right mountain property.
