Sam has been involved in the Cashier's real estate industry for more than twenty-five years as an investor, developer, broker, and as founding partner of Landmark. Specializing in investment and development properties, Sam brings an experienced perspective to Landmark as the developer of The Lake Club, other Lake Glenville and Cashiers area communities, and many in-town commercial properties. Sam is an active community member, having served on the Board of Trustees at The Summit Charter School, The Cashiers Community Foundation, The Village Conservancy, The Village Council, and the Highlands/Cashiers Hospital Board. Sam is a graduate of The Hill School and The University of Vermont. He lives in Glenville with his wife, Wendy, and their three children. The family enjoys spending time on Lake Glenville, snow skiing, and playing golf.
