Kathryn moved here from the Brandon/Valrico, Florida, area. With a background in the Medical Field, her specialties included Cardiovascular and Ophthalmology until retiring in 1994 to raise a family. Kathryn became a Florida REALTOR and purchased and sold investment properties. Kathryn has been vacationing with her family in the Cashiers area for over 35 years; 22 years ago, they built their dream home here in the Lake Glenville area. When Kathryn's husband, Dennis, accepted the Pharmacist position at the Cashiers Ingles, they knew they were living the dream! Having both a North Carolina Real Estate Broker License and Florida License, she continues to expand her knowledge earning designations as SFR and CREO.
