Holly Berry Mountain Estates is located on Whiteside Cove Road. It was incorporated January 11, 1982 and consists of 430 acres extending southwest from the sheer cliff of Whiteside Mountain. It includes two lakes, Holly Lake and Emerald Lake, ten acres of recreational land and 4 ½ miles of paved and gravel roads. There is plenty of opportunity to hike in and around Holly Berry.
Lots range in size from 2 ½ to 10 acres. Owners may subdivide lots to no less than 2 ½ acres. All lot lines extend to the center of the abutting road. There are currently 42 homes in Holly Berry and a total of 64 members in Holly Berry Property Owners Association.
