Dave and his wife Deanna moved to the Cashiers area permanently in the spring of 1998. They have 7 grown children, 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Prior to his move to Cashiers, Dave was a product marketing executive with IBM and retired after 34 years. He then worked as an executive I/T consultant for 2 years and retired to the mountains in 2000. Since that time, he has been very active in several local community organizations, serving on three boards as a former treasurer of the Cashiers-Highlands Humane Society, a past president of the Country Club of Sapphire Valley, and a member of the Foothills Golden Retriever Rescue organization. Having relocated many times during his business career, Dave has been a broker since early 2006 and has extensive experience in buying and selling real estate in our beautiful NC Mountains.
