Sam has been involved in the Cashiers real estate business for more than fifteen years as an investor, developer and broker. Specializing in investment and development properties, Sam brings an experienced perspective to Landmark as the developer of The Lake Club and other Lake Glenville and Cashiers area communities as well as in-town commercial properties. Sam is an active member of the community and is on the Board of Trustees at The Summit Charter School. He lives on Lake Glenville with his wife, Wendy, and their three children. The family enjoys spending time on the lake, snow skiing and golfing.
